The Concept The Grocery Program is the end-goal of all weight management programs, as it requires the individual to have the skills and confidence to create a balanced eating plan using fresh foods and snacks. The objective during the weight-loss phase is to develop the required skills and confidence using our tools and educational resources, together with the support of our Advisors, to build a grocery based eating plan.

Our extensive library of healthy meals and customizable eating plan tools provide the individual with the structure needed to choose the foods and meals that meet their preferences and allow them to meet their calorie and nutrition goals.
How it's Implemented Patients following the Grocery eating plan should be familiar with the structure of the program which combines face-to-face interaction with web-based tools and support. Patients can continue to attend weigh-ins if desired, as well as continue to benefit from the suite of online tools, including the Meal Builder tool where they can search our extensive library of recipes to create their fresh, food-based meal plan.
